Scrollbar Color Chooser is an application for Microsoft Windows to enable the user to produce a code which will change the color of their website's scrollbar. Any color can be chosen, using the Windows color palette to choose. The code is copied directly to the Windows clipboard, allowing "Copy and Paste" insertion of the code into the website. No knowledge of HTML or CSS is required, although you will need to be able to paste the code into your usual website editor. There are many features still in development, but will be available in future released. Scrollbar Color Chooser is completely free, as open source software. This means that anyone can use, develop or modify this software to meet their needs. Please read the requirements before installation.
